DAY 1 of Welfare Food Challenge!
IN SHORT: I only have ~$3 left for this week, was sad to miss out on a community meal with my neighbours because we are not allowed to receive free food or use any form of food charity, and realize how time and energy consuming it is to ensure your food dollars stretch to the last penny.
WHAT I ATE
Breakfast: boiled egg + black coffee
Lunch: tomato pasta with chickpeas and spinach
Dinner: red lentil soup with spinach + brown rice
