Caffeine withdrawal

I think this will be the theme for many participants today.

I did ok. Oatmeal for breakfast, brown rice and mung bean kitcheree with garlic and bok choy for lunch, a few almonds this afternoon. I was out running around at dinner time and I didn’t want to eat cold rice, so I made a salad of lettuce, spinach, cabbage, and adzuki beans, with a vegetable oil, lemon juice, garlic and salt dressing. It was very unsatisfying – as my sister reminder me, it takes beans AND rice to make a complete protein. So I just had another bowl of oatmeal. I definitely don’t have a shortage of oats.
